MediaNav 4.0.2 stuck at software update

Hello, i ams tuck at software update on my medianav, i did all as required but got stuck. Tried with another USB ( formated fat32 ) but nothing happens, still same.... Also tried to dissconect my battery ( + ) for 10 minutes, and update software screen still appears..Tried with recovery also do not work... Can't enter bootloader or anything...What to do,please help.

How did you install the bootaoder for this version?
if not it is necessary to open the cover of your medianav and shunted the 2 resistance (R1022) and the mass (GND) to enter under this windows. see this tutorial viewtopic.php?f=86&t=76
once in wince see if the 4 storage exist or not "storage card, storage card 2, 3 and 4.
if so try to remove the contents of the torage card 2 and torage card 3.
if it still does not work. format with mana1 and copy again the 4 storage of version 4.0.6 you will find the necessary tools in this tutorial viewtopic.php?f=85&t=197

Thank you for reply, i will go to my friend in 2 days, he is good car electronic technician. I tried most of methods to enter but it only reads files from renault recovery zip which is downloaded from their official site. So confused

Hello, there is no changes, i am still stuck, but what is interesting is that it only starts update software with zip file i downloaded from naviextra renault official, and it is recovery file, it should update my 4.0.2 to 4.0.5 version, but it is stuck, i tried to change upgrade.lgu 405 with 4.1.0 and i got only one bar and again stuck... I think that it is all in upgrade lgu files SC and SC4 , can you help me with that pls?

I tried before with bootloader, medianav did not recognize it, i tried multiple times but failed so i cant enter the bootloader. And only reads these files that i downloaded from official renault page, here is extracted files from upgrade.lgu

So here is the far i went with this update is 4 bars.

And i only changed upgrade.lgu from patch folder, and deleted upgrade_upg.lgu



I replaced that with that one which holds only bootloader. and here is files from it when i extract it




I also tried to replace upgrade.lgu from patch folder with different versions of medianav, and always stuck, only with upgrade.lgu version 4.1.0 i have ¸only 1 bar :/...trying to fix this for weeks now :/

here is another renault utility to fix the medianav problem stuck on logo. the solution with Recovery tries this procedure that repairs the medianav block only on version 4.0.6

no it's not a mix of files. the big problem of the medianav are the blocking by the mishandling of the upgrades whatever the official site renault or even this forum, that's why I put this video tutorial in the whole forum so be careful

are medianav is block, it remains only open the medianav for shunted the 2 resistance and enter under windowsce to find the problem, if there is no storage card after several formatting so the INAND and defective, it will cahnger by SD card, I give the tutorial to follow without any response from him

he has two chances to recover his medianav
either, buckled once the 2 resistance to enter under this with the file nk.bin insert on usb key. if it finds the 4 sotorage is good, it formats with manamana 1 and then copy again storage card.
if it does not find the 4 sotarage it must be formatted several times until the 4 storage reappear again.
