There are a lot's of topics and videos. This is very complicated to find out which video and file will solve my problem.
My actual version of Medianav is 4.1.0, the problem: the map is empty.
What is the solution?
I've tried to download, unzip, copy the files, but all of them happend nothing. When I put the USB key with upgrade file to the medianav, the message is the following: unsupported media file. Only one button is there: OK.

Please give me the solution. Send me the right topic where can I find the solution.

Ok this message is from to a fault on your medianav motherboard, can not repair it, any USB key will not be unsupported media device.
The only way is to change it
