Software SuperScan V 10.2.13 for PSA-COM Bluetooth OBDII interface. This version does not give the error "Error reading setup initialization file"

1. Install Net Framework 4.0 or above (search and download from the network, if the computer installed, then ignored)
2. Disconnect the Internet connection, install the software, activation code as above
3. Do not connect to the Internet while using the software
