Media nav evolution, software 1.0.13.1

Missing nav - icon. (The car was shipped without factory-set navigation)

Can successfully enter TEST MODE, but MICOM TEST is dimmed - cannot access.

Can anyone help?

it is useless to parametrized in the micom, it is a common problem (defect of factory of renault), which I knew before, tried to install the Patched navigation, it is very possible that it goes solve this problem
