Opel Adam Auto(Start/Stop)

So got a Opel Adam Jam 1.0T.

Enjoying the car fun to drive. One problem I have is why does the car never go into (Start/Stop), I followed everything the manual says as well as have no fans running or A/C.

When coming to a stop I, clutch in and brake. Put the car into Neutral take my foot of the clutch, other foot still on the break but the doesn't go into Start/Stop.

Any advice?
