First of all, prepare DPA5 main board for JTAG flashing:
1. In folder PICTURES all pics are numbered and follow instructions
- PIC 2&3 DPA5 chinese clone
- PIC 4&5 opened DPA5
- PIC 7 multiplexer switch board
- PIC 8 main processor board (in my case processor is labeled LPC2294 but it is LPC2292)
- On PIC 9, as you can see, you need to solder pins for JTAG connection ( i put them all)
- On PIC 10&11 you can see orientation of JTAG cable (cable came with JLink programmer, it's standard 20pin cable)
Red mark goes like on picture (there is pin number 1 marked on board, just put red mark to pin 1)
2. Obtain J-Link programmer original or chinese PIC 1
3. Install Jlink_Windows_V620i.exe
4. After instalation connect JLink via USB and start J-FlashV6.20
5. If it is chinese JLink, DO NOT perform firmware update
6. Now connect JTAG cable between JLink and main processor board PIC 12
7. In folder PICTURES FLASH follow steps and flash DPA5
Now let's make changes on multiplexer switch board in order to make it fully functionally CNH (NEW HOLLAND) DPA5 adapter with working K-Line !!!!
Just to mention, i tested it on CNH machines and it worked for me, so i don't guarantie it will work for you, and you do it on your own risk !!!!
On multiplexer switch board PIC 13&14 there are two same Single-Ended Bus Transceiver chips marked 9241a. Left one is for K-line and the right one is for L-line.
By chinese firmware both of them need to be active in order to trigger small Quadruple 2-Input Positive-AND Gates HC08 followed by them, so it can send and receive signals.
But, CNH firmware needs only K-Line, and as i said this boards K and L line works in conjunction in order to receive signals,so all you need to do is to terminate L-line,
so input B on HC08 become logicaly high and allow HC08 output Y become ACTIVE.
OK, enough typing, all You need to do is:

REMOVE RIGHT 9241A CHIP FOR L-line FROM BOARD PIC 14
REMOVE RIGHT 9241A CHIP FOR L-line FROM BOARD
