For the first time, the hardware backdoor tool is presented with several advanced features, such as: remote control via SMS commands, automatic launch of reporting payloads at GPS location or when a certain car status is reached; and a configuration interface that allows users to create attack payloads in an easy way. Have you ever imagined the possibility of your car being automatically attacked based on its GPS coordinates, current speed or other set of parameters? Now possible The project is divided into two parts: “backdoor car maker” (computer software) and “BICHO” (Hardware-backdoor for c bus).
Under the “car backdoor maker” folder, you will find the source code to compile it using Qt C++ 5.6. Bicho Bicho is a backdoor tool that must be connected to the car's OBD-II port. It supports multiple payload attacks (pre-configured using Car Backdoor Maker) and can be deployed against CAN-enabled vehicles, with no restrictions on manufacturer or model. Each payload is associated with a command that can be sent via SMS, enabling remote execution from any geographic point. Additionally, as an advanced feature, the attack payload can be configured to be automatically executed once the victim's vehicle is close to a given GPS location. Execution can also be triggered by detecting transmission of certain CAN frames, which can be related to the vehicle's speed, fuel level, and several other factors, providing a means to design highly sophisticated attacks and execute them remotely.
