Just launch OLSInstall.exe and follow steps.
If your computer is on internet, don't forget to click STEP 1
If you have another WinOLS version, make sure it's not in your program files (x86)\evc\winols folder...
If you have an antivirus, you should whitelist folder EVC, or only ols.exe which can be false positive ! Have a try.
