Tested on 8.16/8.18/8.19 and it worked
* Install DiagnosticLink_8XX (on this forum many links)
* Install service packs for DDDL ( on official website, no authorization or registration required)
* Download files (DDDL v8.14, 8.15, 8.16 8.18, 8.19 Activator)
* Navigate to folder "\bin\Debug\"
* copy DDDL_Activator into folder name C:\program files\DiagnosticLink\
* run DDDL_Activator as an administrator, it will activate
* Close DDDL
* Open as an administrator \bin\Debug\DDDL8_Keygen, and adjust levels you want
then hit apply
open DDDL and check what level it's now

Read Level 10
Write Level 10
Hardware Level 4

MUST READ FIRST:
1) INSTALL DDDL 8.x FROM FOLDER "0. DDDL Install", WIAT UNTIL FINISH INSTALLING BEFORE MOVING ON TO THE NEXT STEP
2) EXTRACT FILES FROM FORM "1. TechLit 12_2023\TechLit_2023_12_21.7z ON TO DESKTOP
2.2) COPY/MOVE ALL EXTRACTED FOLDERS AND FILES TO "C:\ProgramData\TechLit\"
3) COPY ACTIVATOR TO C:\Program Files\DiagnosticLink\
3.1) RUN DDDL 8.x FROM ORIGINAL DESKTOP SHORTCUT, ONCE IT ASKS TO INPUT REGISTRATION, THEN CLOSE DDDL 8.x
3.2) RUN AS ADMINISTRATOR "C:\Program Files\DiagnosticLink\DDDL_Activator.exe"
4) AFTER FINISHED RUNNING "DDDL_Activator.exe" (1~2MINUTES) CLOSE DDDL_Activator.exe
5) COPY FILE FORM "2.1 LEVEL ELEVATION" TO DESKTOP AND RUN DDDL8_Keygen.exe CHOOSE FROM LEVEL 1~10, HIT APPLY THEN CLOSE DDDL8_Keygen.exe
6) OPEN DDDL 8.x FROM ORIGINAL DESKTOP SHORTCUT AND ENJOY
