1. Install Java 32 Bit
2. Install registry key
3. Install NED
4. Apply patch to install folder
5. Run runasdate32.exe and enter the date 01/12/2018.
6. Click "run"
7. Select "user 1" password 123
8. The program will now start.
9. Go back to runasdate
10. Click "Create Desktop Shortcut" it will create a new desktop icon
11. Delete original NED desktop shortcut
12. *optional* in new desktop icon click "Properties" and then under the "Shortcut" tab click "Change icon..." navigate to installation directory and select "Navistar Engine Diagnostics.ico"
