JLR SDD v162 + Patch

1. We have stable JLR 162
2. Install base program restart PC.
3. Run first offline fix - start SDD at login screen enter login details from readme - then close SDD.
4. Run second offline fix.
5. Set date to 01/01/2020
6. Connect to vehicle.
NOTES: Incorrect date will lock you out of certain functions.
Tested working great with VCX SE, JLR Mongoose, VCM2.
