1. increase SQLiteDB Delta update speed (changes from original IstaLauncher 1.28).
2. add info from SDP_MR and SDP_RSU version, if installed.
3. target .NET Framework is now 4.8


If the update takes an extremely long time, it could be because you started the tool from a network drive or a slow drive. The problem is that the update is slowed down by logging. You can switch off logging in the config from "<level value =" ALL "/>" to "<level value =" OFF "/>".
