Here there is information to how upgrade VCDS real hex2 STM32F405 ARM chip
If you have 21.3 and want to upgrade to 21.9 then you have to do this way..
WORKS ONLY WITH VCDS real hex2 STM32F405 ARM chip!!
Includes:
1. Windows 10 fix.reg
2. DefenderControl.exe
3. Wub.exe
VCDS-Release-21.9.0-Installer.exe
VIIPlusLoader-08.021.09-FULL-Installer.rar
Installation instructions:
1. Disabled antivirus
2. Restart the PC
3. Run "1. Windows 10 fix.reg" and confirm
4. Restart the PC
5. Run "2. DefenderControl" and click "Disable Windows Defender"
5. Restart the PC
6. Run "3. Wub" and click "Disable Windows Defender", select "Disable Updates" and click "Apply Now".
7. Restart the PC
8. Run and install VCDS (You can install both Portuguese and English languages)
9. Install the EXE inside the rar: "5.VIIPlusLoader-08.021.09-FULL-Installer"
10. Connect the USB cable to the pc and wait a few seconds, after that run the
VIIPlusLoader and drag the VCDS shortcut (English or Portuguese)
on the desktop to the top of the VIIPlusLoader program window
