Generally it works, but it's an incomplete 2019 version (look at the size 2-3 times too small) with updated instructions until March 20, 2023.

Instruction:
Files repackaged and instructions written by AlbertaDieselTech
*NOTE* I have also included an old expiration tool that could be useful if it stops working in the future.

1. Run PROSISInstaller.exe
2. After Installation is finished, it will prompt you to import data.
3. After data is finished importing do not open PROSIS.
1. STOP Windows-Service "UpTimeServiceOffline”
2. Replace files "UpTimeApplicationServer.dll" and "UpTimeApplicationServer.pdb"
in folder C:\Program Files\Prosis\Prosis Offline\
3. Start Service "PROSIS Application"
4. Click the button on the left.



5. Click “Import” and select “ProsisAuthenticationData.pass”
