INSTRUCTIONS
New BMP Models: (M054- M075- M076- M083- M084- M085- M092- M097- M087)
1) Delete BMP completely (delete ONLY), do not FORMAT otherwise it is no longer recognized by the PC
2) ALL the folders and files ("APD", "MapRegionsPSF50", "Navi", "device.xml", etc.) they contain are copied directly to the BMP.
3) Only with BMP with 4GB of memory copy APD, MapRegionsPSF50 and Navi to SD and all the rest on Becker Map Pilot)
4) As a precaution, check the BMP still connected to the computer to see if there is write protection for the "device.xml" and "device.xmlt" files.
Old BMP Models:
(9077, BE 9077, M013, M041, M045, M046, M050 and M051)
Take the previous version loaded in the Becker Map Pilot package and exchange the following data or folders with that of the previous package:
1) Navcore.apd in APD / Software
2) MapRegionsPSF50 (complete folder)
3) licenses (complete folders) in Navi
4) AutoRun.exe, device.sig, device.xml, device.xmlt, DeviceInfo.xml in the root directory
5) Contents of CLM in the root directory
6) Check if there is write protection for the "device.xml" and "device.xmlt" files.
The xmlt file is missing follow these instructions to create it:
take the device.xml file, copy it to a folder on your pc, rename it xmlt
and put it back on the becker making it read-only, you will have two identical files, device.xml and device xmlt ...
never format the beaker but
simply delete files and folders (make a copy for safety)
then copy the new ones
Update on M013
"1. Copy the APD folder (except the navcore.apd file in the apd / software folder).
2. Copy the MapRegionsPSF50 folder
3. Copy the license folder from the Navi folder (Navi / licenses)
4. Copy the AutoRun.exe file and the 4 device files.
(device sig, device.xml, device.xmlt, DeviceInfo.xml).
5. Now go to BMP and edit the device.xml and device.xmlt files as read-only. "

Solution
it's because you only deleted the content from the beaker and it's still there
the folder "dump file" --- in the folder "hidden files with wrong codes" you have to under the "folder options" of the PC
show hidden folders and delete folder
