Looking a software for VOLVO

Let's talk little bit about Volvos.
So, I'm looking a software witch can change CEM/DIM language. Something like a VDASH, but for free.
Maybe someone can help me out with that beacause after days of searching, I dont still have answer. Seems like it's a very big seacret.
